Practice with care.

These terms apply to the Commy website, web app, and mobile apps operated by Praxel Ventures Private Limited, 11112, DSR Parkway, beside Mt. Carmel Church, Carmelram, Bangalore South, Karnataka 560035, India.

By creating an account or using Commy, you agree to these terms and the Commy Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your login secure, and activity performed through your account.

Commy is a private communication-practice product. It offers prompts, recording tools, transcripts, delivery signals, coaching suggestions, history, progress views, and optional accountability features.

Commy is not an English-language course, accent-correction service, emergency service, or substitute for professional, medical, legal, employment, or mental-health advice. Automated transcripts and coaching can contain errors. Use your judgment before relying on any suggestion.

Early-access features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Features described as upcoming are not a promise of a release date.

You retain ownership of recordings, transcripts, prompts you write, and other content you submit. You give Praxel a limited permission to host, process, transmit, display back to you, and otherwise use that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve Commy as described in the Privacy Notice.

Do not upload confidential information you are not authorized to share, recordings of another person without the permissions required where you live, or content that violates another person's rights or the law.

• Do not abuse, disrupt, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass Commy's security, access controls, rate limits, or usage limits except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use Commy to create unlawful, threatening, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not access another person's account or private practice data, scrape social data, or build a public recording feed through Commy.
• Do not use automated means to extract or resell the service or its generated output at scale without written permission.

Accountability circles are invite-only. Members can see completion, streak, and prompt-category cards and can send preset encouragement. They cannot see your recording or transcript through the circle. You are responsible for the circles you join and invite links you share.

Commy's launch practice experience is available free during early access. Production subscriptions are not yet on sale. If paid plans launch, we will show the price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation controls before you purchase. App-store purchases will also be governed by the relevant store's terms.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Commy. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, prevent misuse, or enforce these terms.

You may stop using Commy at any time and use Privacy settings to delete practice data. Account deletion, where available, does not affect obligations or records we must retain by law.

Commy's software, brand, prompts supplied by us, visual design, and other service materials belong to Praxel or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer our intellectual property to you.

If you send feedback about Commy, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, while we continue to protect any personal information under the Privacy Notice.

Commy is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Praxel disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that feedback will be accurate, that using Commy will produce a particular career or communication outcome, or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Praxel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from Commy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any purchase terms shown to you, are the agreement about Commy. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; Praxel may transfer the agreement as part of a reorganization or transaction.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another right.
